  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Most people experience the benefits, and highly value the information they’ve learned from our products. However, if you’re one of the few who feel that our digital products didn’t give you the knowledge to help you achieve higher levels of success, that’s okay too. You have 21-days from the date of purchase to request a refund. If received on, or prior to the 21st day, you will receive a full refund of any monies we collected from you for this particular returned product. However, in order to uphold the integrity of our organization, and protect our team members and affiliates from fraudulent activity, if any person has viewed, completed, or participated in 50% or more of any course, or their refund request is received after the 21st day following their purchase, no refund will be issued.

Requesting a Refund for a Course

Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. Please note that certain restrictions may apply, and under specific circumstances some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds, which can be used for future purchases of products, services, and goods. For more information, please see below.

How to Request a Refund

You can quickly request a refund by contacting our support team: Support@RobWild.com. Please include the full name of the purchaser, the name of the course, and the reason for the requested refund within the body of the email. 

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

You have 21-days from the date of purchase to request a refund, and return an item. If the request is received on, or before the 21st day following the date of purchase, and the item is postmarked within 3 days of the request, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product only (not including any shipping charges); otherwise no refund will be issued. We do not cover return shipping on any orders (unless otherwise specified), regardless of location. All orders are responsible for any, and all return shipping, tariff, custom or other related charges.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES)

If returning an item, please contact Support@RobWild.com within the stated return period, who will provide you instructions for returning your product(s).

You are responsible for all shipping costs, and other costs incurred for returning your item (unless otherwise specified). Original shipping costs are non-refundable and your refund will be on the product cost only. The time it will take for your returned item to arrive to us, and be processed will vary depending on the shipping method you select. Once received, we will process the refund within one week, and your funds should appear within 2 weeks of the return being processed. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend adding tracking and insurance to the shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND TARIFFS

For our international customers, shipping charges do not include any potential tariffs, duties, custom or other fees or taxes that an individual country may impose upon import. You are responsible for any additional fees that may be levied by the country where the product is being imported.

ALL NON-DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the status (approval or rejection) of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you returned a digital, or physical product, please allow up to two weeks for your charge to be refunded. If after two weeks you do not see your refund appear, please first call your bank, or credit card to confirm whether it is pending. If the bank or credit card does not see your refund pending, and you still have not received your refund after two weeks, please contact us at Support@RobWild.com.

EXCHANGES

We do our best to ensure you receive undamaged products. If, however, you have received an item that is defective, or was damaged prior to arrival, we will promptly exchange it upon notification for an identical product. If this occurs, please send us an email at Support@RobWild.com, and instructions will be provided for returning the defective, or damaged merchandise.

DENIED, LIMITED, or ALTERNATIVE REFUNDS

Credit Refunds

In cases where a transaction is not eligible for a cash refund, the refund will be granted using credits towards future products, services, or goods, provided it meets our 21-day refund policy. 

iOS purchases: Since iOS payments are processed through Apple, and not Master The Hour, we are unable to offer cash refunds for in-app purchases made in the Apple App Store. We offer credit refunds for eligible purchases. To learn more about refund options through the Apple App Store, you must reference Apple’s refund policy.

Bank & cash transfer purchases: Certain bank and cash transfer methods are only eligible for credit refunds. These particular banks vary per their policies.

Refunds for Bundles Purchased Through Third Party

If you purchased the course through a third-party vendor, unfortunately, we cannot process your refund. Since we did not process the original payment, we do not have the transaction on file, and cannot initiate a refund for you. Please contact the third-party vendor directly to request a refund.

Reasons for Denied Refunds

While our 21-day refund policy is in place to protect students, we must also protect our instructors, and lesson providers from fraud, as well as provide them a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors, and lesson providers after 21 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window (unless otherwise specified).

If all course content was viewed, downloaded, or completed before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected. Finally, students who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension from future purchases for abuse of the refund policy.
